When I woke up this morning today just felt like a 'pancakes' kind of day.
Pancakes with fresh berries. And plenty of syrup.
For a while I tried to convince myself it was a "I'll just have coffee" kind of a day. But I couldn't ignore the siren song of the griddle.
A pancakes kind of day it is. And pancakes we shall have!
