But why should we only give thanks one day in November?? Gratitude should be a regular, on going process! Daily. Every minute. Every heartbeat.
In that spirit, let's make November a month of gratitude and thankfulness. Take a moment each day to ponder your blessings and give thanks. Each day create a list of at least three things for which you can give thanks.
Are you in?
I saw a really neat list on Instagram of things to give thanks for each day leading up to THANKSgiving. This goes along so well with your gratitude posts!
ReplyDeleteYes, yes, yes. I love trying to be more intentional about thanksgiving in the month of November. I keep a gratitude journal year round, but it seems more special as the year comes to a close. Also reading The Spirituality of Gratitude -- excellent.
ReplyDeleteComing over from The Beauty link up and glad to read another blogger promoting gratitude. The post I have ready to appear on Tuesday is also about this much needed topic. Glad to read your post today
