What Made Me Laugh

I am easily amused by little things.  I especially love it when I find something in the seemingly ordinary which takes me by surprise and makes me smile or laugh.

For example:  when your husband goes through the drive-thru at Krispy Kreme  and gets you a coffee.  Which, let's just admit it, is pretty awesome all by itself!  But when you discover that the lid of that coffee looks like a little gorilla face... Bonus!!

Somebody's Watching Me

Ever feel like you're being watched?  Me too!  Especially now...

There's an Elf on the Shelf in our house getting up to all kinds of mischief. Including putting googly eyes on everything he could get a hold of one day last week.  Several toys, a few Christmas ornaments, an apple... and my coffee maker!  Which made me laugh enough that I left them!

Now my Keurig watches me whenever I prepare a cup of coffee or tea.

This week while satisfying my sweet tooth on some devil's food cookies, I saw this:

I was making one of my favorite meals - Brinner (aka: breakfast for dinner)  While cooking up the eggs, one had a big bubble on it, so I tried to pop it with the spatula.  This was the result...
