When You Feel Left With Nothing

"Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will be joyful in God my Savior." - Habakkuk 3: 17-18

Maybe you're not personally facing a time with no fig buds, no grapes, no olives, no sheep and no cattle.  But we all go through tough times when we feel as if everything is lost.

When we feel as if we have nothing to hold onto. When everything seems to fail.

But even in the most bleak of times - one thing remains. God remains constant.

He is there.  He is working in every situation.  He can - and will - bring good from whatever you are going through.

You can hold onto that promise and be joyful in him.
